This isn't the right place to ask, but I can direct you where to go.
There's multiple forum sections that clans use to advertise that they're recruiting. Depending on the preference of each clan, some of these recruitment threads have applications that you can fill out, or you can just make a reply post (like I'm doing here on this thread) stating that you have an interest in joining the clan. After posting, you should get a reply in game from someone in that clan about joining. (Time between posting and getting a reply will vary and could be lengthy.)
If you don't want to wait for a response on the forums, some clans allow guests to join their clan chat channels. You could take that option and join a clan's chat in game to say you're interesting in joining them.
Since you're new, I'd recommend checking out recruitment threads in these sections:
Recruitment – Under 100 Combat
- Clans here have a minimum combat level requirement that is under 100.
Recruitment - Skilling Clans
- Clans here are skilling focused.
Recruitment - Social & Community Clans
- Clans here are social or community focused.
Recruitment – Specialist, Questing & Minigames
- Clans here are either focused on Questing, Minigames, or don't fit into other categories.
Or, if you'd like to advertise yourself and have others contact you, you can create a forum thread in the section Recruitment – Looking for a clan and give some information about what you're looking for in a clan. Afterwards, you will get replies from clans who browse that forum section in search of new members.
Don't get discouraged if it takes a few tries to find a clan that suits you. There's a lot of clans in this game, so don't be afraid to try a few out until you find one that you fit in with.
