What methods are you using to get them? Your Adventurer's Log shows a lot of dungeoneering, but you cannot get orts through dungeoneering.

Also remember that if you are trying to get them through skilling, such as fishing or woodcutting, the orts will appear on the ground, rather than in your inventory and you will need to keep watch for them to pick them up.
