We are a very new clan still setting things up. When reading our clan vexillium it has a blank spot next to the Official Forum. I assume this is for the clans main forum thread QFC. As im not sure what QFC actually is im uncertain as to where I find it. More questions sure to follow.

Congrats on forming a clan! It's always awesome seeing new clans being formed and bringing people together.
In regards to your clan vexillum and the blank spot next to Official Forums this refers to the link to your thread inside your clan forums. This thread is on the Official RuneScape forums but if you log into the website > hover over community > clans > scroll to the bottom of the page you'll see on the bottom right a section called "Forum Posts".
That is the location of your private clan forums which you can turn the permissions so only your clan members can see it. When you create a thread on the top right it will have a "thread ID" the numbers/letters are what you need to submit when you are asked for the QFC to input into your clan information.
QFC stands for Quick Find Code. Its one of the ways you can locate or share a thread on the forums.
Also a fair warning - if you create a thread in your private forum and it is not pinned if no posts are made on it in 2 weeks the thread auto deletes itself. To avoid it deleting itself please make sure to pin/stick it.

Could a forum mod close our forum thread please? I'd like to make a new thread because we're at 198 pages
