Can't be invited to a clan

Good morning,

As a new member I wanted to join a clan; a user tried to invite me (as shown in the chat) but no pop-up appeared. I've tried switching to Legacy interface and resetting it but to no avail.

What could be causing this issue?

Firstly check that you aren't in a clan already - this is the most obvious answer but should result in the person inviting you getting a message saying that you are in a clan already.

Secondly when someone invites you, you get a message of the invitation into your chat box and the pop up shows when you click on that. Make sure your chat isn't filtered just to be sure.

It has been a long time since I was invited into a clan, but will do some testing with an alt account to check exactly what happens.

From what you've said, it sounds like you got a message in your chat box saying that someone has invited you to join their clan, correct? You need to click on that line of text to accept the invitation.

If you did click on it, did you get any sort of error message? I can see that you're not currently in a clan, so that wouldn't be the issue. ~ Sicariu

Have you managed to solve this yet?

I'm aware this thread is slightly old, but the joining mechanic remains the same. Similarly, this problem has affected a number of players. You should be able to follow the steps in the above posts to join the desired clan.

Which interface are you using? Switching over to the Legacy Game Mode could help you.

I've also been trying to join a clan, when I get the invite I click on it and nothing happens, everything is on not filtered and I'm not in a clan already. I don't understand why I cant join ?
