My clans citadel is locked. It says 5 members need to attempt to enter but im not getting a response from any clan mates. Is there another way to unlock it?

That's the only way to unlock it. If it helps, you don't need all 5 at once, just within the same week.

: Citadels require a weekly visitor count of 5 clan members, in addition to the resource requirements, in order to meet upkeep. Failing to meet upkeep may result in dilapidation, loss of Citadel tiers, and eventually, a locked Citadel after degradation at Tier 1. Once a Citadel becomes locked, entry is not possible until it is unlocked. A Citadel is unlocked by having 5 clan members attempt to enter it within one week. The fifth member’s entry attempt will unlock it, and upkeep must be maintained to keep the Citadel open.
