Removed As Clan Leader

Sadly nothing can be done about it within these Forums.
If someone gave you the Clan and then took it back then thats their rights to do so for what ever reason they feel fit.
You would need to deal with this in game or Discord as it's an issue thats between You and the Clan leader. Jagex won't get involved with Clan disputes as they go on daily.
