Hello guys, I've been trying to re enter my Clan Hall from the portal and each time I do it just boots me out of the Citadel, in other words I have no way of entering? Is this a Glitch has anyone else had a problem like this

please note i haven't entered the clan hall in a few years since I last stopped playing, and I would really love the exp bonus. Thank!

I have no idea what you mean by "Clan Hall" as I've never heard someone use that term before.


If I were to guess, you're referring to the Clan Citadel itself? Nothing else uses a portal to enter that I'm aware of. In order to maintain a Clan Citadel, you need to have at least 5 clan members entering it each week. I can see that your clan only has 6 members in total of which only 5 are members. You Clan's Citadel may be locked due to lack of maintenance.

If the Citadel is locked, you need to have 5 members attempt to enter the Citadel in order to unlock it.

Are any other members in your clan having this issue? ~ Sicariu
