Hello there!

As there have been updates with clan avatars at the Citadel, Jagex has also decided to change the amount of visitors needed to upgrade buildings and plots (picture below).

The weekly member requirement to upgrade a Citadel has been decreased, new numbers below (old numbers are in brackets)

Tier 1 > 2 : 5 (7)

Tier 2 > 3 : 7 (10)

Tier 3 > 4 : 12 (15)

Tier 4 > 5 : 15 (20)

Tier 5 > 6 : 20 (25)

Tier 6 > 7 : 25 (30)

Now the reason I am bringing this to your attention is due to an issue my clanmates and myself have run into with the amount of visitors needed for upgrades. Our Citadel has just recently upgraded to T6 and so far we have managed to tally up a total of 25 visitors, but even though the post states that the visitor count has changed from 30 to 25, our visitor count remains in the red stage.

Does this mean that we will need 30 visitors after all or is it 25 + 5 for the upkeep?

As J4ron said, the number staying red at 25 is indeed a bug confirmed by Shauny. The requirement for upgrading has been decreased from 30 to 25, but the color has not been updated to match this change yet.
