How can I get my clan back?

I created a clan "Pis2ols" when the system first got created.

I ended up leaving the clan and everyone now is inactive because this was years ago.

Is it possible I can get the clan with my name deleted so I can re-create it again? Since my friends chat is over max few times a week, I'll need to look towards the clan chat system to expand.

Hi Pis2ols,

Unfortunately despite the clan bearing your name, it is no longer your clan since you left it.
At one time Jagex did provide the ability to remove clan names from inactive clans but this facility is no longer offered.

The only alternative would be to make a new clan, perhaps with a similar name and have every move across to it ?
