I cant access clan citadel

It just says Runescape has been updated try again in a few minutes. I've been trying for half an hour, closed and re opened launcher tried from multiple worlds.

Issues with entering Citadels come up quite often. This thread's topic was referring to a specific issue that was fixed. (see Reddit link in Lyrehca's post)

If you're having difficulty entering a Citadel, you can try hopping worlds to enter the portal through a different world, switching between the Prifddinas and Falador portals, logging out and back in, or closing and reloading your game client.

Those work sometimes, but not always, as the cause for not being able to enter your Citadel is usually difficult to pinpoint when the issue isn't present for every single player due to a bug or server outage.

When you are unable to enter your Citadel, be sure to ask your fellow clan members if they're having similar issues. This way, you can find out whether the issue is affecting to your whole clan or if it's only happening to you.

If this is a frequent issue for yourself and/or your clan members, be sure to submit a Bug Report about it in game. ~ Sicariu
