Vex doesnt show designs

There is a glitch going on when people in my clan place our clan vexillum on the ground. The clan vex is a banner that shows off the clan colors and has 4 designs on it, right? well this glitch doesnt show the 4 designs, all 4 designs are just 4 tan squares that cover them up. idk how the imgur thing here works so here is imgur link https://imgur.com/a/w5hmSGm
