Not sure what you mean exactly in your question, but when you temp ban a guest from your clan chat, they are prevented from entering for a period of time.

Only names you physically add ( it doesn't happen automatically ) to the clan ban list are permanently banned,

When you kick/ban I believe it kicks them out the same as the friends chat for an hour or until the chat is cleared!

If you want to permanently ban them, if you go on the clan interface and look to the bottom right, you can click the red dot there and type in their name to make sure that they don't ever come back. That is where you will find a list of permanently banned people :) Temporarily banned players are not shown :) ....
