I have made a Discord bot/website that is available for all to use! The intended purpose of the bot was originally to replace my clans spreadsheet. After several people had asked if it could be made to be used by multiple clans, I started converting it into a multi-clan bot.

To get started with this application please visit our website https://rsclanadmin.com. By signing up and validating your RSN your clan will start being tracked.

Please feel free to ask questions here or message me on discord or in game for help, bugs, and suggestions. You can also feel free to create an issue in the github repository for any of the above correspondence and I will reply accordingly. I also have a Dev Discord server where you can get me and others who are using the bot: https://discord.gg/pAKzVpr.
This Discord is the best place to get up to date information regarding the bot!


As with all community 3rd party applications, I pay for this out of my own pocket. If you like the bot and would like to contribute to the server costs, there is information about donating in the _about command.

- Automatic data pulling on a routine basis
- Automatic adventurer log look-ups for capping/visiting tracking
- Tracks time users have not gained experience (starting when you setup the bot)
- Points system functions and output of promotions/demotions corresponding to the point system
- Clan Log that shows Promotions, Demotions, Joins, Leaves, and name changes
- Event tracking and coordination help
- Allows customization by clan
- Other various small features
